#5 (tough old tree), archival inkjet print, 11 x 15" (min. paper dimensions 16 x 19")
now i complained about the wind in texas that was nothing compared to the
wind from lake conchas to las vegas nm. what should have been and hour
and a half drive turned into a three hour drive. on this plain nothing
grew above grass level. everything else must have been just stripped
away by the wind. i was only able to do 20 mph DOWNHILL. usally i do 40+.
i was very happy once i reached las vegas for awhile there i didnt
think i would make it.
